Emran Feroz

Emran Feroz, born in 1991, is an award-winning writer, journalist and war reporter with a focus on the Middle East and Central Asia. His reporting has appeared in Der Spiegel, The New York Times, Foreign Policy, The Intercept and many other publications. He is the author of Death at the Push of a Button (2017), about the US drone warfare, and is the founder of a virtual memorial for civilian drone victims. In 2021, Feroz won the Austrian Concordia Prize in the Human Rights category.
