Karina El Helou

is the director of the Sursock Museum in Beirut, Lebanon. A contemporary art curator, she has an MA in art history from the Sorbonne and an MA in art business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art. She worked at the Cartier Foundation of Contemporary Art in Paris as a collection manager and at Sotheby’s Institute of Art as a teaching assistant. In 2015, she founded Studiocur/art, a non-profit curatorial platform specializing in contemporary art.
