Mustapha Outbakat

Mustapha Outbakat is a first-generation indigenous Amazigh student from southern Morocco. He is a second-year PhD student in the Anthropology Department at UCLA, where he focuses primarily on Critical Urban Development, Urban Politics, Political Economy, Race and Indigeneity in the Maghrib, and Language Ideologies.
