She is currently a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) and Fonds de Recherche du Québec–Société et Culture (FRQSC) Postdoctoral Fellow at Carleton University in Ottawa, where she is completing her first book, an ethnography of Lebanon’s Litani River.
