Join the readers and writers of The Markaz Review on a literary journey through Morocco, from Tangiers to Essaouira, as author and guide Zein El-Amine talks about Mohamed Choukri’s classic novel For Bread Alone, the work of long-time Tangiers resident Paul Bowles, and shares other literary lore along the route. 

This 12-day/11-night journey begins in Tangiers, and the $2,500 fee covers all expenses once you arrive at the meeting point in Tangiers, including meals, accommodations, and travel. (Note: most people will choose to fly into Casablanca, and take the train to Tangiers to meet up with the group, but you can also catch a flight direct to Tangiers.)
