William Carruthers

William Carruthers is an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Art History and World Art Studies at the University of East Anglia. He is the author of Flooded Pasts: UNESCO, Nubia, and the Recolonization of Archaeology (Cornell, 2022) and has held fellowships from, among others, the Leverhulme Trust, the Gerda Henkel Stiftung, the Max Weber Stiftung, the AHRC, and the European Commission.
