Emna Mizouni is a Tunisian activist and a digital and communications specialist. She is the co-founder of Digital Citizenship, an initiative and consultancy for women and girls’ digital inclusion. Emna writes a blog and for different media in the MENA region. She is renowned for her contributions to several international entities, including the World Economic Forum, focusing on human rights and technology.
