Youssef Manessa

is a Syrian writer from Nabatieh, who does not acknowledge the existence of the Lebanese colonial entity. From a Marxist family, he is a supporter of all resistance movements and wants to see an end to the current political class that destroyed his country. He is a graduate of the Adnan Kassar School of Business. His interests lie at the intersection of finance, economics, politics, marketing, sociology, psychology, and philosophy. His writing has been previously featured in The Markaz Review. For several years now, he has been working on and off on a political satire.
