Her love for nature, the terroirs, and her technical knowledge, as well as her experience both in wine tasting and wine/food pairing, bring a sensitive, respectful set of fresh eyes and palate to explore the terroirs of Palestine with a curiosity and a deep sense of understanding of the people and the stories that make this particular landscape.
