Waqar Ahmed is a Pakistani writer who spent most of his youth in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He has written a monthly literary column for the Dhaka Tribune, where he reviewed current books and films related to South Asia and the Arab world. He currently has an agented novel on submission with editors/imprints.
