Richie Billing

writes all kinds of stories, but mostly fantasy and literary fiction. His tales often explore real-world issues, with a focus on the characters and their troubles. His short fiction has been widely published, with one story adapted for BBC radio. His debut novel is Pariah’s Lament (Of Metal and Magic Publishing, 2021). In 2025, Billing released his fantasy novella, Together We Rise, about fighting against corruption and injustice. Billing also hosts the podcast “The Fantasy Writers’ Toolshed.” He also works as an editor and digital marketer and teaches creative writing both online and in his home city of Liverpool.
