Gaar Adams

is the author of Guest Privileges: Queer Lives and Finding Home in the Middle East, longlisted for the Royal Society of Literature Ondaatje Prize. His writing has been featured in publications including The Atlantic, Foreign Policy, Al Jazeera, Slate and Rolling Stone. He teaches creative writing at Falmouth University and lives in London, UK.
