Chip Rossetti

is a book editor and translator with a Ph.D. in Arabic literature from the University of Pennsylvania. His translations of contemporary Arabic fiction include works by Reem al-Kamali, Huda Hamed, Mohamed Makhzangi, Diaa Jubaili, Sonallah Ibrahim, and Ahmed Khaled Tawfik. From 2011 until 2025, he was the editorial director of the Library of Arabic Literature series. He is currently an editor at large for Saqi Books.
