\/>\nis as worthless as water that chokes<br \/>\nthe Hari river.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I\u2019m alive.<br \/>\nI cross deserts and oceans,<br \/>\nsurvive barbed wires and<br \/>\njaws of hungry dogs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I sit across an immigration officer<br \/>\nwho does not look at me,<br \/>\ndoes not shoot at me.<br \/>\nInstead, he summarizes me<br \/>\ninto a seven digit number<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Zero\u00a0 &#8211; Five &#8211;\u00a0 Eight &#8211; Four\u00a0 -Two \u2013 Two &#8211; Two<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: dying with its own final sound.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">After a fall, if you hear a thud,<br \/>\nit\u2019s the sound of death.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Pull back your
